1 Year Manufacturers Product Warranty

At John Louis Inc., we offer a one-year warranty to the original purchaser of our products. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may occur within the first year of purchase. Please note that this warranty is not transferable to others.

Warranty Exclusions

Please note that the warranty does not extend to any damage caused by external factors such as improper installation, abuse, or general misuse of the product. Additionally, custom-configured products are non-refundable.

Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please reach out to John Louis Home by calling 1.800.480.6985 or emailing service@johnlouishome.com. During the warranty period, John Louis Home will replace or refund the product at our own discretion as a remedy.

Warranty Rights

Please be aware that John Louis Inc. has the right to change its warranty policy at any time, at its discretion. Once the package is opened or the seal is broken, the customer is considered to have agreed to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

This warranty provides you with certain legal rights; you may have additional rights depending on your state. John Louis Inc.'s only obligation (and the customer's only solution) under this limited warranty is to either refund the purchase price or replace any defective products if written notice of such defects is received by John Louis Inc. during the warranty period. The customer cannot take legal action to enforce their rights under this limited warranty more than one (1) year after the cause of action has occurred. All express and implied warranties for the products, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the warranty period specified above. No warranties, whether express or implied, will apply after this period. However, some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
