Return Restrictions

- Unused items in new condition returned within 45 days of purchase receive a refund.
- Unused items in new condition returned after 45 days of purchase are eligible for store credit only.
- A 10% restocking fee is applied on all returns.
- Return freight cost is at the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Vaiid for purchases from johnlouishome.com only.
- If you have made a purchase from an online store other than johnlouishome.com, any returns or exchanges should be handled directly with that retailer.

How do I Return my item(s)?

Step 1: Initiate Return Request

- Enter the Return Request process from the above link or from the footer menu options.

Step 2: Locate Your Order

- Look up your order by entering your order number and/or email address order was placed with.

Step 3: Select Items

- Select the item(s) you want to return on your order details page.
- Fill out the following fields.
- Click add item to return.
- Repeat to add multiple items.

Step 4: Submit Request.

- Submit your request. You will receive an email verifying your return request.
- All requests are responded to within 24 - 48 hours.

Step 5: Approval and Return Shipping.

- John Louis Home will create the return shipping label once the request authorization is confirmed.
- Return labels are sent to the customer by email and processed electronically.
- All return shipping is authorized for ground service.
- Once the returned item(s) arrive, John Louis Home will process the proper refund amount.
