At John Louis Home, we will take care of any missing parts, manufacturer defects, or product damage that may occur during delivery. All replacement parts are shipped using ground service.


HOW DO I REQUEST A REPLACEMENT

STEP 1: Double Check Package

• Before requesting missing parts, it's a good idea to double-check the package and the surrounding area in case the parts were just misplaced.
• It is important to always open and check your package for any damage caused during shipping before requesting a replacement. In most cases, there is either no damage or only one part is damaged.

STEP 2: Submit Replacement Form

• Please ensure that all fields in the form are filled out. The more information you provide, the easier it will be to process your replacement.
• To report damaged items, please provide photos of the affected part. The more images you can provide, the better we can assist you.

STEP 3: Replacement of Part

• Our customer service team will get in touch with you to confirm the replacement details and assist you with the replacement process.
• We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours to process your replacement parts and an additional 3-5 business days for shipping.
• Please note that replacement shipping is currently only available through ground service. However, if you require faster delivery, you may purchase expedited shipping.
