  • Powered Drill with Phillips Bit

Step-by-Step Walkthrough Installation

Pro Tip: If installing multiple drawers of any heights (6", 8", 10"), always install from the bottom up to manage your vertical spacing effectively.

Step 1: Drawer Box Assembly

  • Attach Hardware: Thread CAM bolts into the side panels and drawer face. Pro Tip: Use a manual screwdriver here. Power drills often over-torque and strip the wood fibers.
  • Align Panels: Match the bottom-panel grooves across the back and sides.
  • Lock Panels: Insert CAM nuts and rotate clockwise until you feel a firm "seat."
  • Adding Drawer Bottom & Drawer Face: Slide the drawer bottom into place and secure the face panel with CAM nuts.
  • Finishing: Attach the handle to the drawer face. Stick the rubber bumpers on the inside corners of the face to dampen sound.

Step 2: Attaching Drawer Glides to Drawer

  • Glide Separation: Fully extend the glides and pull the release lever. The "thin" member goes on the drawer; the "thick" member goes in the tower.
  • Glide Alignment: Position drawer at desired location to determine glide placement. Glide position is determined by which score mark aligns with tower groove.
  • Glide Orientation: Place glide at the determined score mark. The open end should face the drawer back.
  • Glide Mounting: Center the screw holes with the score mark. Secure the slide with 1/2 in. screws at the vertical oval locations.

Step 3: Mounting the Drawer to Tower

  • Glide Position: Slow close mechanism should be positioned at the back wall and the front of the glide should be flush with the front of the tower rail.
  • Installing Glide: Place the soft close glide into grooves at desired locations. Glide flanges should slot into the tower grooves. Secure the slide with 1 in. screws at back and front location.
  • The Click: Align the drawer glides with the tower glides and push firmly until you hear the mechanical "click."
  • Cycling: Open and close the drawer 3-4 times. This "primes" the soft-close piston and ensures the ball bearings are seated.

Step 4: Final Adjustments

Perfect gap alignment and handle installation.

  • Leveling & Spacing: Loosen the front-face screws slightly to adjust the face position up or down Aim for even gaps between drawer faces.
  • Permanent Lock: Once level, secure a 1/2 in. screw into the circular "locking hole" to prevent the face from ever shifting.
